The terms that govern your use of YouPOS.
Effective: May 10, 2026 · Last updated: May 10, 2026
By registering for or using YouPOS (“YouPOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using YouPOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use YouPOS.
YouPOSis a browser-based SaaS platform that enables cellphone repair shop owners (“Tenants”) to manage job orders, point-of-sale transactions, inventory, customer records, purchasing, and business reporting.
YouPOS is provided as-is and is intended for use by legitimate repair shop businesses. It is not an accounting system, a BIR-accredited billing system, or a payment processor.
To use YouPOS, you must register an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions by staff users you invite to your workspace.
YouPOS offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan limits, included features, and pricing are described on the Pricing page and in the product dashboard.
New eligible accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account is downgraded to the plan limits you have subscribed to, or suspended if no active subscription exists. Your data is not deleted.
Paid subscriptions are billed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). A YouPOS administrator will provision your subscription and issue payment instructions. No automated payment processing currently occurs within the platform.
Subscriptions are provisioned for a billing period (monthly or annual) as agreed at the time of provisioning. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — renewal requires a new payment arrangement with YouPOS.
When a paid subscription expires, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which full functionality is retained and you will receive reminders. After the grace period, your account is moved to restricted access. Your data is not deleted.
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting support.youpos@dfchub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless you request immediate cancellation.
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. We will consider refunds for duplicate payments caused by billing errors on our side, or charges for periods during which the service was materially unavailable due to our fault. Refunds are not issued for partial periods or cases where you have actively used the service during the billing period. Contact support.youpos@dfchub.com within 14 days of the charge.
You agree to use YouPOS only for lawful repair shop management purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Your use of YouPOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a Tenant, you are the data controller for your customers' and staff's personal data entered into the platform. We process that data as your data processor.
YouPOS and its features, design, codebase, and documentation are owned by DFC Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you enter into YouPOS. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
Receipts and sales records generated by YouPOS are operational transaction records for internal use. They are not Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)-accredited official receipts or invoices. Tenants who require BIR-accredited official receipts must maintain their own compliant receipting system. Consult a tax professional regarding your fiscal receipt obligations.
YouPOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DFC Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of YouPOS. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PHP 5,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFC Hub, its operators, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of YouPOS, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.youpos@dfchub.com. On termination, your data is retained according to the post-cancellation windows described in our Privacy Policy before permanent deletion.
We may modify these Terms or the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app announcement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
